My name is Heather Esmond and I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to you as the Assistant Principal of TOCS. Having been a part of this wonderful community for over 30 years, I am excited to continue supporting your children’s educational journey and collaborating with you to create the best possible environment for their growth.

My time here has been filled with countless memorable moments and inspiring achievements, all made possible by the incredible students, dedicated staff, and supportive families like you. My commitment to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning space remains as strong as ever, and I am eager to build on the strong foundation we have together.
